Evaluation Resources, LLC was established in 1996 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our primary mission is to encourage the use of education research and program evaluation as a capacity building tool that allows organizations to find new opportunities, see existing resources in a new light, make better organizational decisions, and redefine programs in response to client needs. 

Pam Van Dyk, proprietor and principal evaluation consultant for Evaluation Resources, LLC, holds a BA in Human Services Management, Master of Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management, and a Ph.D. in Education Research and Policy Analysis. Dr. Van Dyk brings over ten years of experience in education research and program evaluation to Evaluation Resources, LLC.
